LeadEnrich ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, business name, and password (hashed). This is used to create and manage your account.
WhatsApp Channel Credentials
Phone Number IDs and access tokens you provide to connect WhatsApp channels. These are encrypted at rest and never shared.
Lead & Conversation Data
Inbound WhatsApp messages, lead contact details (phone numbers, names), conversation histories, and extracted booking details that flow through your channels.
Usage Data
Log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages viewed, and feature usage, used for security monitoring and improving the Service.
Payment Information
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are handled by our payment processor (e.g. Stripe). We do not store raw card numbers.
Service Delivery
To provide, maintain, and improve the LeadEnrich platform, including processing WhatsApp messages, running AI conversations, and storing booking data.
AI Processing
Lead conversation content is sent to AI model providers (via OpenRouter) solely to generate conversation responses. We do not use your lead data to train AI models.
Security
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, abuse, and other illegal activities.
Communications
To send important account notices, service updates, and (with your consent) product announcements. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
AI Providers
Conversation content is sent to OpenRouter and its underlying model providers for response generation. These are governed by their respective privacy policies.
Meta / WhatsApp
Message delivery goes through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. Meta's data use is governed by their Privacy Policy.
Infrastructure
We use cloud hosting providers (e.g. AWS, Render) for servers and databases. Data is stored in encrypted form at rest.
No Sale of Data
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data or your customers' data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Controller Responsibility
When your customers send messages to your WhatsApp channel, you are the data controller of that conversation data. LeadEnrich acts as a data processor on your behalf.
Consent
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis for collecting and processing your customers' personal data through LeadEnrich.
Data Processing Agreement
If required by your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR), you may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) from us at legal@leadenrich.com.
Active Accounts
We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
After Termination
Upon account deletion, data is retained for 30 days to allow for recovery, then permanently purged.
Logs
Service logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
Access Controls
Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable law.
Access & Portability
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request a machine-readable export.
Correction
You may update your account information from the settings page at any time.
Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at privacy@leadenrich.com.
Opt-out
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Session Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. These are deleted when you sign out or close your browser.
No Tracking Cookies
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
