These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeadEnrich platform ("Service"), operated by LeadEnrich ("we", "us", or "our"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
LeadEnrich is a software-as-a-service platform that helps hospitality businesses capture, qualify, and enrich inbound booking leads via WhatsApp and AI-driven conversations.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
Your use of WhatsApp messaging through LeadEnrich is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your messaging use case complies with these policies.
You must obtain proper opt-in consent from end users before initiating WhatsApp conversations. LeadEnrich does not accept liability for messages sent without proper consent.
You are responsible for maintaining your own WhatsApp Business account credentials (Phone Number ID, Access Token) and for revoking access when necessary.
LeadEnrich uses large language models (LLMs) via third-party providers (OpenRouter) to generate automated responses. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses and booking data extracted from conversations. Do not rely solely on AI-extracted information for critical business decisions without verification.
We make no warranty that AI responses will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.
You own the data you submit to LeadEnrich, including conversation history, lead information, and booking details.
By using the Service, you grant LeadEnrich a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data for the sole purpose of providing the Service.
We do not sell your data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including collection of end-user data, complies with applicable data protection laws such as GDPR, PDPA, or other local regulations.
Access to paid features of LeadEnrich requires a valid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
The LeadEnrich platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by LeadEnrich and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account from the settings page.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or Meta's WhatsApp policies.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadEnrich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
